About the practice

Cardiac conditions are managed over years. Doses get adjusted, tests are repeated at planned intervals, and the plan changes as circumstances do. Follow-up is the treatment, not an afterthought to it.

Equipment is a means, not a selling point
ECG, echocardiography, treadmill testing and ambulatory monitoring are standard tools, available in many places. What determines whether they help is which one is chosen, when, and how carefully the result is read against the person in front of you.
For interventional work — coronary angiography, angioplasty, device implantation — Dr. Chauhan operates at BIMR Hospitals, Gwalior, where the catheterisation laboratory and inpatient facilities are. The clinic in Lashkar is where consultation, diagnosis and follow-up happen.
