Privacy

This website collects nothing about you. No analytics, no cookies, no tracking, and nothing you type into a form is kept here. The detail is below.

The short version

This site is a set of pages about heart health and about the practice. It has no user accounts, no database, no analytics, and no advertising. It does not set cookies. It does not follow you around the internet, and it has nothing to sell to anyone who would like it to.

One page has a form — the contact message. What you type into it is sent to the clinic and is not stored on this website. Appointments are booked on the clinic’s own patient system, which is a separate site; this one never sees what you enter there.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser will keep the ordinary things a browser keeps — history, cache — and those are yours, on your device. This site cannot read them.

Booking

This website does not take bookings and does not run the clinic’s diary. Every “book an appointment” button leads to the clinic’s own patient system, Arogyani, at app.arogyani.in, where the request is made.

  • It is an ordinary link. Nothing from that system runs on this site — no script, no embedded frame, no cookie, and no way for it to see which pages you read here.
  • Nothing about you is carried across in the link. Not your name, not a symptom, not an answer you gave to the symptom checker or the risk questions on this site — those run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The link is the same address for everyone who clicks it, and your browser is asked not to tell the other site which page you came from.
  • What you type once you are there is between you and the clinic, held in the clinic’s patient system under that system’s own privacy terms. This website is not part of it and receives none of it.

The contact form

The contact form asks for a name, a way to reply, and your message.

What happens to it:

  • It is sent over an encrypted connection to this site’s own server.
  • It is checked for obvious abuse — a rate limit, a size cap, and a hidden field that automated submitters fill in and people do not.
  • It is forwarded to the clinic as an email, and then it is gone. It is not written to any database. The server writes a single operational line per submission, and that line is deliberately thin: a reference code, whether the email went out, and an email address masked down to its first letter and its domain. Your name and anything you typed in your own words are never written down at all.

Once the email reaches the clinic, it lives in the clinic’s email account and is governed by how the clinic handles its correspondence — not by this website.

Please do not send medical details through a form

Email is not a secure medium and nobody at the clinic watches these messages in real time. Send enough to arrange an appointment, and bring the rest — reports, medicine boxes, history — to the consultation, where it can be looked at properly and kept in your clinical record.

Your clinical record at the clinic is a separate thing entirely. It is created when you are seen as a patient, it is held by the practice, and it is not connected to this website in any way.

Services this site does use

Being honest about the small number of third parties involved in serving a page:

  • The hosting provider. Like any web host, it processes the request your browser makes, which necessarily includes your IP address. This is how the internet works rather than a choice this site made about you.
  • An email delivery service, used only to carry form submissions to the clinic. It sees the contents of that one message in transit. If it is not configured, the form tells you so and gives you the phone number instead — it does not silently fail.
  • A map embed on the visit page, where one is configured. A Google Maps frame is a Google product and behaves like one; if you would rather not load it, the address and the directions link on that page do not require it.
  • A video player, where a recorded interview is shown. Nothing is requested from YouTube while you are only looking at the page: what you see before you press play is a still image served from this site. The player is created by that press and not before, and it uses YouTube’s no-cookie domain. If you never press it, YouTube is never told you were here.

Fonts are served from this site’s own domain, not from a font CDN. The 3D heart is generated in your browser and downloads no model file. Neither one contacts anybody.

Children

This site is written for adults arranging their own care or the care of a family member. It is not directed at children and asks nothing of them.

Your rights

Because this website stores nothing, there is nothing here to access, correct, export or erase. For anything held by the clinic — your clinical record, or an email you have sent — write to the clinic at the address on the visit page.

Changes

If what this site does ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
